When you need help, one of our technicians will (always with your permission) access your equipment from wherever they are (even on a mountain or by the seaside!), ensuring that you don't need to make an appointment for a visit.
If a visit is needed, you will be billed for the time we are on-site.
Premium
As well as all the benefits of our 2-Star service plan, site visits are also included.
This could be for all your devices or just some. For devices not registered on the plan, you will be billed for the time we are on-site.
